Follow these steps to become a paid referee with Bear River Soccer. You can certify, get set up for assignments and payments, and be on the field making an impact in no time.
How to become a paid referee

Email your license number
Send your full name and license number to our assignor so we can activate you.

Order your uniform, watch, and whistle
- US Soccer required referee uniform
- Score referee uniform(10-piece kit or individual pieces)
- $75 uniform reimbursement available after referring three weekends

Set up your Stack Officials account
We use Stack Officials for assigning and paying referees. Create your account and we’ll add you to our group.

- Earn $30–$60 per game (varies by age/role)
